No, if you aren't an HCV holder you can qualify for a unit if you make less than 80% AMI. (Income limits are listed on the housing sections of the website)
How old do I have to be to live at the Senior living units?
You must be either 55+ and/or disabled.
What is the Pet Deposit?
The Pet deposit for one animal is $300 and a $15 monthly fee
What Bedroom sizes are available?
Up to 1, 2, 3, & 4bedrooms.
Are there laundry facilities?
No, but each unit has a washer hookup and some have dryer hookups as well.
If my pet is a service/emotional support animal, do I have to pay the costs?
No, if you give us a form stating your pet is either a service/ emotional support animal then you do not have to pay anything.
Does it cost anything to be put on the waiting list?
No, being put on the waiting list is free
