Country Cottages

Forest Park, a non-profit under the Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA), is managing our new Country Cottages properties.  This 14- unit complex located at 51 N. Koenigheim is now part of our housing Portfolio. We have recently worked with the City of San Angelo and Galilee CDC to remodel 8 of these units for Unsheltered Veterans. These individuals receive a furnished unit as well as Case Management through our Housing Solutions department. The other 6 1 Bd units of this complex are for market renters and are not apart of a subsidy program.

Country Cottages offers 1-bedroom single units, which include professional and personalized staff and 24-hour emergency maintenance, for convenience. Each home features open floor plans with fully-equipped kitchens that include a refrigerator, stove/oven, as well as ceiling fans.
