Forest Park Community (FPC) is a non-profit organization operating under the Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA). FPC manages rental units throughout the City of San Angelo, and specifically owns 174 units that were previously converted from HUD's Public Housing program. These units are designated for individuals holding Housing Choice Vouchers and those who make less than 80% AMI.
FPC offers affordable Family and Senior Living homes, as well as homes scattered throughout San Angelo, that come with various unique amenities. Our single-family and duplex homes feature fully-equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms, and washer/dryer connections. We strive to provide a comfortable living experience for our residents.
